About my absence of last week I have to confess that the principal reason is that I am taking a Pastry Course. I am hoping that this course will be the beginning of my journey towards my own bakery business.
Last week was dedicated to read about food safety rules (there are a lot), the basic equipment and tools we need to use in different preparations. So far, everything has been theory but this week we are going to start with practice. First lesson: decorating the cakes. Without a doubt it will be fun.
