Ideas for a nice weekend.
Go on a bike ride
Make a smoothie
Stawberry-Kiwi Smoothie
1 kiwi, ripe without skin
1 / 2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 / 3 cup orange juice
1 / 3 cup low-fat yogurt (strawberry or kiwi)
Sweetener to taste
Ice cubes to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender with ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Yield: One serving and a half approx. Calories 220 calories.
